Why The Chicken soup
Thai Chicken soup sold on every corner in Thailand is verry easy to make.
The are many versions of this soup. And many other kinds of soup based on this Chicken soup.
I chose to bring you the recpie i followed as a beginner cook and added tutorial videos I still use when cooking.
I use chicken breast cut to small pieces instead of bone. Since its easier for my little son to chew

So The recipe from Thaitable.com :
ingridients:
- 1/2 chicken - bone only
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 3 cups water
How to make
Put water and chicken bones in a pot. A 2 quart pot will fit a half or whole body or 2-3 legs and wings. Once it starts to boil, then turn it down to a simmer. Add the other ingredients. The key to clear soup is never let it boil hard. Keep the lid open so you can see what's going on. When the water is boiling, add the rest of the ingredients. Let it boil for at least half an hour. The longer it boils the better it tastes. Sometimes I let it boil for a couple of hours. Just keep adding water and use low heat.
Toward the end, taste it and see if it needs some more soy sauce or fish sauce. You will find that the soy adds a lot of flavor.

My wife says i will never cook like Thai. My mom says that my wife is geleous since our son prefers my cooking over hers. Well as figured they dont get a long very well. Well lucky me - no coalition can be formed against me in the house. And i am the only mediator onsite.
